When they enter our lives, it is to help us create an imprint in our souls. They can mimic each other, but for Twin flames, you only have one that is a soul split into two halves. They also go through lifetimes to get it right and come into a union. What is a Twin Flames Runner and Chaser dynamic?

They can feel our deepest emotions and fears along with the needs. Many times they are going through what is called the “Runner and Chaser Stage”.

This is a certain phase that both Twin flames and Soulmates can go through when they are resisting or fearing their own emotional insecurities and issues.

Soulmates too can also experience the runner and chaser stage as well as twin flames. Many think it’s only twin flames.

The runner can run for sometime, while the chaser will wait for the runner to come back. It’s not necessarily that they are chasing them, many don’t like to hear that word that they are chasing. But it’s true, it’s actually the one that is more aware and awake where the other is not awakened yet. 

Most of the time, the runner does not even know why they are running but they’re actually running from something inside themselves. Where the chaser will not understand, if this love is so BEAUTIFUL why are they running?

There’s many reasons why they run and the list can go on. But the main reason is because they are experiencing previous fear issues with emotions, abandonment, hurt in love, old wounds and relationships that ended badly.

WHY ARE there so many reasons why they run? The healing happens with both runner and chaser.

This can lead to the chaser trying to get the runner to see the truth and come back to them.

As we all have free will and choices, both runners and chasers can be dating and even married to other people.

As painful as it may be, this is part of their soul journey and what they need to do in order to work on themselves.
